Who is responsible

This privacy policy applies to the Bible Quiz Daily app. PeaqTeq LLC is responsible for the app’s handling of information. Contact us at contact@peaqteq.com or write to PeaqTeq LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Other PeaqTeq apps have their own policies.

Information kept on your device

The app works without an account. Player names, level choices, answers, scores, streaks, quiz history, saved quizzes and preferences are stored locally. A randomly generated installation identifier, content cache, reminder settings and purchase verification cache are also stored locally. Gameplay and player names are not uploaded to PeaqTeq for cloud synchronisation. Your operating system’s backup settings may also apply to local app data.

Content downloads and network requests

When online, the app checks for updated questions and downloads approved content through Supabase. Content downloads do not send your player names, answers, scores or persistent installation identifier. Like other internet requests, they expose ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and request time, to the service infrastructure. We use these services to deliver and protect the app.

Optional question reports

If you report a question, the app sends a report identifier, app identifier, question identifier, content version, selected issue category and your random installation identifier to our Supabase service. The server records submission and review information. Reports do not include player names, answers, scores or a free-text message. The installation identifier helps limit repeat submissions; it is not an advertising identifier.

Reports can wait locally while offline and are retried when the app reconnects. We use submitted reports to investigate and correct questions, including through authorised automated review tools and independent verification. Reports are not displayed publicly.

Purchases and restoration

Apple or Google processes payments. The app does not receive your payment card details. It stores purchase status and transaction information locally to support Premium access and restoration. On Apple devices, purchase verification uses StoreKit. On Android, the app sends the purchase token, transaction or order identifier, product identifier and app identifier through our Supabase verification service to Google Play. Our verification code does not log or persist those purchase tokens or Google’s purchase responses. Apple and Google handle store information under their own privacy policies.

Analytics, advertising and reminders

Usage analytics are disabled in this version of Bible Quiz Daily. The app does not send gameplay or purchase funnel analytics events to PeaqTeq. It does not include advertising or advertising tracking. Optional daily reminders are scheduled on your device after you grant notification permission; the app does not register a remote push-notification token. You can switch reminders off in Me or in device settings.

Support enquiries and service providers

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any information you choose to include. Please avoid sending children’s names, payment credentials or other unnecessary personal information. We use support messages to respond and resolve issues.

Supabase provides content hosting, question-report storage and Android verification infrastructure. Apple and Google provide app distribution, payments and store verification. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to run these services. Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and Europe, under their applicable service and privacy terms. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.

Why we use information

We use information to provide the app and purchased features, respond to your requests, maintain content accuracy and secure our services. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the requested service or purchase, our legitimate interests in reliable content and service security, and compliance with legal obligations. Optional notification permission can be withdrawn in device settings.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains until you reset relevant data, remove the app’s data using device controls, or uninstall it, subject to your device’s backup behaviour. In Me → Troubleshooting, Reset all quiz progress clears quiz history, streaks and saved quizzes; it preserves preferences, saved player names, the installation identifier and purchase ownership. Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a store purchase.

Submitted question reports are retained for investigation, correction history and abuse prevention; the current service has no scheduled automatic expiry for reports. Support correspondence is retained as needed to address the enquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Infrastructure providers apply their own operational log retention. Contact us to request access or deletion; because reports contain no name or email address, we may need information about the question and submission time to locate a report and may be unable to identify it reliably. We do not ask you to send purchase tokens or payment credentials.

Children and families

Families can play together without creating accounts or uploading player profiles. We do not request children’s email addresses, dates of birth or contact details in the app. A parent or guardian should handle purchases and support or privacy enquiries. Please do not include children’s personal information in an email to us.

Your rights and policy updates

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, request portability, withdraw applicable consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact contact@peaqteq.com to make a request. We may need to verify a request and applicable exceptions may apply. We update this page when the app’s practices change and show the revision date above.
