Using Bible Quiz Daily
These terms govern Bible Quiz Daily, provided by PeaqTeq LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You may use the app for personal learning and family play. A parent or guardian should supervise children’s use and manage purchases. Contact contact@peaqteq.com for help.
Free daily play and Premium
The app offers a free daily quiz and optional additional Premium practice. Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The store shows the applicable price and currency before you confirm payment. Premium does not change the free daily question pool. Store access and purchase verification require an internet connection. Pending or unverified purchases do not unlock Premium.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore purchases in Me or on the Premium screen with the same Apple or Google store account used to buy Premium. Verified purchase access can be cached for offline use and refreshed when the app opens or returns to the foreground. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose access. We do not promise cross-store transfers or household sharing. Payment, purchase availability and refund requests follow the applicable store rules and your statutory consumer rights. A one-time purchase does not promise perpetual support or the availability of every future feature.
Local progress and connectivity
There is no app account or PeaqTeq cloud backup of your gameplay. Progress and player names are stored on the device and may be lost when app data is removed or the device is replaced. Your operating system’s backup behaviour may vary. Previously available questions can be played offline; new content, report delivery, store prices and purchase restoration depend on connectivity. Optional question reports may be queued and delivered later.
Learning content and corrections
Questions and explanations are learning aids based on referenced Bible passages. Translations and interpretations can differ, and mistakes may occur. Use Report an issue after answering a question to flag an error. Content can be corrected or replaced through updates; we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or a substitute for reading the cited text.
Permitted use and intellectual property
PeaqTeq grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app, subject to these terms and the applicable store licence. PeaqTeq and its licensors retain rights in the app and its original materials; underlying Bible texts retain their respective public-domain or licence status. Do not misuse reporting services, disrupt the app, circumvent purchase controls, or redistribute app materials except where a licence or applicable law permits it. Apple’s standard app licence applies to the iOS app unless a different applicable store licence is stated.
Availability and your legal rights
We aim to provide a reliable app, but interruptions, compatibility changes and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is supplied as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update the app and these terms as features or requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate app or store notices where required.
