Report a question
After answering a question, open the three-dot menu and choose Report an issue. Select the issue category. Reports can wait offline and send later. You can also use Me → Report a question for instructions. We check reported questions and can publish corrections without requiring an app update.
Restore Premium
Open Me → Restore purchases, or Restore purchases on the Premium screen. Connect to the internet and use the same store account and platform used for the original purchase. If the store is unavailable, try again later. Previously verified Premium can remain available offline. A purchase on Apple does not transfer to Google Play, or vice versa. Contact the store about refunds.
Questions not loading
Open Me → Troubleshooting → Reload questions. Your saved quizzes, answers and streak remain. Bundled and previously downloaded questions work offline. Content corrections may appear in a later daily quiz so an active quiz stays consistent.
Reminders and display
In Me, choose Daily reminder to set the time or turn reminders off. If notifications are denied, allow them in device settings. Reminders are local to your device. Choose Appearance to follow device settings or use light or dark mode. Text size follows your device’s accessibility settings.
Reset progress or request deletion
Me → Troubleshooting → Reset all quiz progress removes streaks, quiz history and saved quizzes. Preferences, saved player names and purchase ownership remain. To remove other local app information, use your device’s app-data controls or uninstall, considering your backup settings. For information already sent in reports or emails, contact contact@peaqteq.com. There is no app account to delete. See the privacy policy for details.
